# Notícias — Migração para Laravel Moderno (PHP 8.x / Laravel 11-12)

## 1. Schema de migração equivalente

`category_contents` mantém a auto-referência; recomenda-se
`->nullable()->constrained('category_contents')` e a criação da raiz

> Migração de dados: `ContentStatus` mapeia `true -> PUBLISHED`,

Regras do legado que **devem** ser preservadas: `title|max:150`,
`source|max:120`, `author|max:120`, `link|max:2999`, `slug` obrigatória apenas
na atualização, e a lista fechada de extensões de anexo.

### API de dados abertos (compatibilidade)

`GET /api/v1/noticias` deve continuar respondendo no envelope atual
(`data[]` com `titulo`, `data_publicacao`, `descricao`, `interacoes`, `slug`,
`arquivos[]`), para não quebrar consumidores externos.

## 9. Riscos e decisões de equivalência funcional
